Join Our Team as a Sr. Account Executive

We're seeking an experienced Sr. Account Executive to join our team and drive business growth from both inbound leads and sourced deals. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building and iterating on our sales motion, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and closing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a repeatable sales motion to drive business growth
  • Work closely with sales engineering to identify and address customer pain points
  • Build compelling business cases and ROI models to present to executive-level stakeholders
  • Forecast and manage sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets
  • Evangelize Coactive AI through product demonstrations, industry events, and networking with key partners
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets for enterprise-level deals
  • Start-up experience and a passion for building and selling category-creating products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and project management skills
  • Industry knowledge of Digital Asset Management (DAM), Media Asset Management (MAM), or comparable technologies
What We Offer:
  • Estimated On Target Earnings (OTE) of $253,000-$337,500 with a 50/50 split between base and variable pay
  • Equity grants, 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited PTO, and a supportive work environment
