We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team at Road Runner Sports. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving innovative paid advertising strategies that fuel customer growth and revenue across web and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Paid Advertising Strategies: Drive the development and execution of paid advertising campaigns that support new customer and revenue growth in our web and retail channels.
  • Support VIP Program Awareness and Conversions: Support the strategy for driving VIP program awareness and conversions via paid channels.
  • Oversee COOP Marketing Initiatives: Oversee the execution of COOP marketing initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders and core brand partners.
  • Measure Program Effectiveness: Develop and maintain KPIs/reporting to measure program effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage Key Agencies: Act as the point of contact for key agencies, keeping them informed of objectives, ROAS goals, priorities, timelines, content updates, and budget parameters.
  • Understand Paid Media Landscape: Understand the paid media landscape and drive asset development from concept to completion based on industry trends and brand guidelines.
  • Drive Day-to-Day Performance: Drive day-to-day performance and reporting for core paid channels (Search, shopping, SEO, local SEO, social ads, affiliate, YouTube, display/retargeting among others).
  • Identify New Tactics or Partners: Identify and implement new tactics or partners to acquire new customers.
  • Manage Acquisition Budget: Own the acquisition budget in accordance with goals and ROAS targets, ensuring key team members are informed of spending trends and projections.
  • Maintain Campaign History: Maintain YOY history/details on campaigns and promotions, run dates, and performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Multi-Channel Retailer Experience
  • Proven Success in Creating Attribution Models
  • Knowledge or Experience in the Fitness/Wellness or Athletic Space
  • Strong Understanding of Google Analytics & Ads Platform, Impact, and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Strong Understanding of the Performance Marketing Landscape
  • Proven Excellence in Paid Search, SEO, YouTube, CTV, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing Channels
  • Ability to Manage Budgets Efficiently
  • Experience Managing Digital Marketing Expense Reports
  • Ability to Lead Projects Collaboratively
  • High Attention to Detail and Ability to Articulate Trends and Results through Data
  • Ability to Execute on Tight Timelines
  • Strength in Project Management
