Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the nursing team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

  • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and services for residents.
  • Manage and oversee the medication management program, ensuring resident safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop clinical team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Minimum two (2) years RN experience with at least one (1) year experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environment preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
  • Certified in CPR and First Aid.
