Job Summary

The Global Markets Division at Goldman Sachs is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support a Managing Director and the broader team. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support in a complex team environment
  • Coordinate complex, senior-level internal conference calls
  • Handle a high volume of phone calls and interact with high-level business leaders in a professional and effective manner
  • Maintain complex and extremely detailed calendars and prioritize meeting requests and related logistics
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process team expense reports
  • Coordinate with other administrative personnel in Mutual Fund Board of Trustees
  • Ad-hoc projects include logistical support of TPD Sales Meeting and Mutual Fund Board Meetings
