About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Promptly inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
  • Review and respond to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages, and verbal communication.
  • Provide strong customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.
  • Perform various tasks, including Copy/Print Production/Copy Center, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, File Room/Records File Services, based on assigned location.
  • Attend cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed.
  • Site responsibility and location of coverage may change based on client and/or division needs.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, plus less than one year of related experience. Basic computer skills and technical knowledge are required, as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision and lift up to 50lbs.

The successful candidate will be able to climb multiple flights of stairs and spend extended periods of time standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary, as the candidate may be required to drive between multiple client locations. The ability to work overtime as needed is also required.
