About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt delivery of on-site work assignments.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of reprographic equipment, including cleaning, toner replacement, and paper loading.
  • Inventory Management: Process and monitor inventory movement, identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory, and communicate status to management.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to management and client requests via email, phone, and verbal communication.
  • Training and Development: Attend cross-functional trainings to ensure ability to provide coverage when short-staffed and adapt to changing client and division needs.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on providing good customer service, be self-motivated, and have solid organizational skills.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: Less than one year of related experience required.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, technical knowledge, ability to multitask and prioritize, good customer service and communication skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, and ability to work overtime as needed.
