Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team at Brandi's Hope Community Services. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to individuals with varying degrees of development/intellectual disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as self-care, job supports, and recreational activities
  • Transport clients to appointments as needed
  • Act as a job advocate and support client in their employment goals
  • Assist with feeding and hygiene as needed

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year of verifiable work experience in the last three years
  • Current, valid driver's license
  • CPR training
  • Pass an extensive background check and drug screening
