Key Responsibilities
  • Supervisory Duties: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to deliver exceptional care.
  • Policies and Procedures: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Mentorship: Mentor less experienced nurses, providing clinical and career guidance to help them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Quality of Care: Monitor and review resident records to ensure that our standards of care are met and exceeded.
  • Communication: Foster open and effective communication with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.
Requirements
  • State RN License: Must hold a valid State RN License.
  • Long Term Care Experience: 3 years of experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
  • Charge Nurse Experience: 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse is preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills are essential for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interact with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
