Nations Roof LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist to join our team.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $60-$70K (DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, accident and disability insurance, life insurance, paid holiday and vacation time, and a 401(K) plan with employer match.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable and a strong background in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Prior experience with construction accounting software, such as Viewpoint, SAGE, Timberline, or SAP, is a plus.

The Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist will be responsible for processing day-to-day invoicing and collections, preparing and posting customer payments and transactions, and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and post customer payments and transactions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies and past-due amounts
  • Prepare and send invoices and statements
  • Perform other general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Basic accounting experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
