Job Description

Sycamore Rehabilitation seeks a qualified Support Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing support services to individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with daily living skills, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Provide support with transportation, errands, and other tasks as needed.
  • Encourage independence and self-advocacy among individuals with disabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a home-based setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
