Job Summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing various CT procedures on sophisticated computerized equipment, ensuring high-quality images and excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer IV contrast in accordance with department policy
  • Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and collate processed images in sequence of exposure
  • Transmit all exams to PACS (Picture archiving and communication systems)
  • Instruct and prepare patients for imaging procedure
  • Perform specialized tasks associated with the operation of CT scanners and related equipment
Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • One (1) year of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for providers issued by the American Heart Association
  • California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist-Registered Technologist – Radiography (ARRT-RTR) certification
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist-Computer Tomography Technologist (ARRT-CT) certification within 1 year
  • Venipuncture Cert within 30 Days (VEN)
