Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, vendors, and team members.
  • Assist the Community Manager in administrative duties, including data entry, file maintenance, and office supply management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community residents, vendors, and team members.
  • Use Microsoft Office to produce and present documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with new and used home sales, including presenting homes to potential residents.
  • Ensure residents' privacy and property preservation.
  • Comply with Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements to protect the interest of the company and to avoid discrimination.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-year general office experience required; 1-year sales experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Valid operator's license, maintenance of a good driving record at all times, and insurability under the Company's policy at all times.
