GTT, LLC is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Requirements Specialist to spearhead the process of requirements gathering and documentation for a Cybersecurity risk mitigation initiative facilitated through a new tool implementation.
The ideal candidate will be a mid to senior-level professional capable of quickly acclimating to the tool's application within the certification framework. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive requirements are articulated and documented, while also identifying any discrepancies between the outlined requirements and the tool's operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Perform gap analysis and process evaluations.
- Map processes and facilitate stakeholder communications.
Essential Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
- Proficiency in Visio or similar tools for documenting process flows.
- Comfortable addressing issues with leadership.
- Solid command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Expertise in Technical Writing and Functional Documentation.
