Position Overview:
Beacon Hill Legal is in search of a Litigation Docketing Specialist to become a part of a dynamic midsized law firm. This role offers a HYBRID work schedule (3 days in the office) and operates on a 35-hour work week, providing full benefits and a competitive salary of up to $85K+.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a minimum of 3-5+ years of prior experience in litigation docketing, utilizing a rules-based calendaring system such as CompuLaw, CourtAlert, or eDockets.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of federal and state court rules, as well as agency regulations.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the court system and relevant agencies.
  • Have prior experience in a law firm setting with familiarity in various litigation practice areas.
  • Show proficiency in interpreting and analyzing information, particularly in relation to court rules.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Assist with additional projects as required.
