We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at Impresiv Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and accurate drug screening, information, processing, and dispensing services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Meet/exceed site budgets and optimize cost management in line with script counts.
- Leverage operating policies, procedures, and processes to ensure operational excellence and drive organic growth.
- Negotiate and finalize customer contracts in collaboration with regional leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Consultant Pharmacists to meet overall site goals and objectives.
- Evaluate the overall results of operations and ensure compliance with state and/or federal regulations and laws governing financial and pharmacy operations.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy Required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a managed care setting preferred.
- Current and Active RI Pharmacist license required.
