Store Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Team Member to join our Aldi team. As a Store Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and merchandising efforts of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and cleaning the sales floor and backroom.
- Support the sales and merchandising efforts of our store, including processing customer purchases, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and provide feedback to management on store operations and customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing the store, processing payroll, and maintaining store equipment and facilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
