Store Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Team Member to join our Aldi team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
- Participate in taking store inventory counts and monitoring inventory for accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
