Store Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Team Member to join our Aldi team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and sweeping and mopping floors.
- Process customer purchases, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with store management and team members to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain store appearance.
- Participate in store inventory counts, monitor inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
