We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Support the sales and merchandising efforts of our store by processing customer purchases, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
