Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash
- Support the sales and merchandising efforts of our store, including processing customer purchases, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
