Job OpportunityStaff-Up LLC is seeking a skilled Electrical/Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Arlington, TX.

Compensation: $19.-$21./ HR

Work Schedule: 5:00AM -4:00PM MON-FRI (Saturdays are voluntary until busy season)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assembly process of the CartManager and test final products to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Perform mechanical assembly building cart pushers in subassembly operation.
  • Utilize light electrical knowledge for tasks such as stripping, crimping, and cutting wire.
  • Apply prior assembly experience, particularly in mechanical and electrical areas.
  • Operate hand tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, wire cutters, and drills, as well as measuring tools.
  • Read and understand blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and other written instructions.
  • Maintain inventory of products in workstations.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of mechanical assembly experience
  • Basic reading skills and ability to follow directions
  • Basic computer navigation and utilization skills
