Avionics Technician

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled Flightline Avionics Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling, modifying, and installing electrical components on new helicopters.

• Assemble, modify, and install wire bundles, conductors, and other electrical components.
• Properly document work performed, control equipment status tags, and log critical information during installation.
• Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, process specifications, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and written instructions.
• Use a variety of manual hand tools, such as crimpers, strippers, wire cutters, heat shrink gun, complex, specialized aircraft test equipment, etc.
• Effectively communicate, orally and written, with other employees, members of supervision, and others, as required in their duties.
• Perform assigned duties on all shifts without encumbrances due to weather or physical location and conditions, also while wearing required safety equipment.

• 3+ years of electrical/avionics aviation production experience.
• Can have rotary or fixed wing experience, but will be working rotary onsite.
• Knowledge of various aviation electrical components.
