Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Manage cash handling and balancing, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and other bank departments, ensuring that customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
  • Stay up-to-date on bank policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 6 months customer service experience preferred.
  • Proven verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with internet user-level technology.
