Requirements:

Skills and Abilities: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures; effective oral and written communication skills; high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive situations; and commitment to company values and strong customer orientation.
  3. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand/walk constantly, and perform other physical demands of the job.

Work Environment:

Our sales floor environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. As a Front-End Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment with a focus on collaboration and communication.
