Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the point-of-sale system, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Upsell and suggest premium viewing experiences, such as 3D, RPX, and IMAX, to enhance our guests' cinematic experience.
  • Promote the Regal Crown Club program and Unlimited Subscription to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Ensure tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy.
  • Respond to phone calls and questions from guests in a professional and courteous manner.
Theatre Operations
  • Operate, prepare, and clean concession-related equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Promote the Regal Crown Club program and offer suggestions for premium concessions.
  • Manage crowd control and assist guests in finding seats in auditoriums when necessary.
  • Enforce the MPAA rating system and report any issues or discrepancies to management.
  • Clean auditoriums, restrooms, and other areas outside of the auditorium, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements
  • Completion of Regal Academy online program as a cast member to maintain Regal Standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods, with regular breaks as needed.
