Job Description: As an Inpatient Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality medical care to patients with psychiatric or substance use challenges. Your expertise will help us provide holistic treatment plans that address both medical and mental health needs.

About Us: North Star Behavioral Health is a leading behavioral health facility located in Anchorage, Alaska. We offer comprehensive programs for children, teens, and adults, as well as specialized military care through the Chris Kyle Patriots Hospital. Our mission is to deliver care that patients recommend to their families and physicians trust for their patients.

Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a mostly Monday-Friday schedule with shared weekend rounding and evening call duties. This allows for a better work-life balance and more time to pursue your personal interests.

Professional Autonomy: Manage your patients' care, including assessments, diagnostics, treatment plans, and follow-ups. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives and take ownership of their care.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $155,000 per year, based on experience.
