Delta Physician Placement is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to work with patients in an outpatient setting, providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy services.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a multi-disciplinary setting, with prescriptive privileges or successful completion of a behavioral health clinical rotation. You must also be eligible for DEA certification and certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or American Nurse Credentialing Center, (NP) with added qualifications in psychiatry.

We offer a competitive salary range of $123K-$170K per year, plus annual merit increases to 7%. Additionally, we provide relocation assistance of up to $30K and a sign-on bonus equal to 10% of your base salary. You'll also enjoy student loan repayment through the NHSC-ISH program, CME funding of up to $4K, and 40 hours of paid time off.

In this role, you'll work closely with our psychiatric care team to provide comprehensive patient care. Our team consists of mental health professionals, including MP/NP, Nurse Case Manager, Directing Clinician, Behavioral Health Case Managers, CMA, and administrative staff.
