Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Specialized Care Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Southcentral Foundation (SCF). As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing direct clinical customer care in assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care and services in accordance with SCF's standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and treatment.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
Requirements:
  1. Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Alaska.
  2. Current certification by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
  3. Meets all requirements to obtain associate medical staff membership and required privileges of service.
  4. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO, and PALS certifications may be necessary based on specialty and scope of practice.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Inpatient Pediatrics: Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Acute Care.
Employee Health Requirements:

All employees are required to comply with SCF's Employee Health procedure. This includes agreeing to undergo job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to the first day of employment. For Health Care Personnel positions, documentation of completed immunizations is mandatory, including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, and T-dap.

Estimated Salary Range:

$126,110.40 - $195,478.40 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
