About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team as an Autism Services Specialist. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide behavioral therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities in a clinic-based setting
  • To develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each client
  • To work closely with a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality services
  • To conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness for each client
  • To communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • BACB BCBA Certification
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional development.

Location:

This role will be based in Belcamp, MD (Harford County) or Elderburg, MD (Carroll County). The successful candidate will need to be able to travel to these locations as required.
