Job Description

We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist to join our team at the Nashville West, TN location. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing quality, trauma-informed care for our clients and possess knowledge in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of Ellie Mental Health.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training.
