Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Work Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing supervision and guidance to our mental health professionals, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to mental health professionals, ensuring that they have the support and resources they need to deliver high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans that address the complex needs of our clients.
  • Conduct regular case reviews and provide feedback to mental health professionals to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and organizations to ensure that our clients have access to the support and services they need.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health, and apply this knowledge to improve the quality of care we provide.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of providing high-quality supervision and guidance to mental health professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health laws and regulations, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on trauma, substance abuse, and other complex mental health issues.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other technology used in mental health settings.
  • Experience with case management and coordination, including developing and implementing treatment plans and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the principles of trauma-informed care and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective way.
