Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and unique Licensed Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to join our team in Nashville, TN. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating and implementing treatment plans, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of Ellie Mental Health
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and other Ellie staff as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • License to practice and diagnose mental health issues using psychotherapy
  • Ability to provide license supervision for aspiring LCSWs, LPC-MHSPs, or LMFTs
  • Experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fully licensed mental health professionals with a valid state of Tennessee license
  • Experience with children, adolescents, teens, and adults
  • Experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and schools
  • General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation
