Quality Systems Internship Opportunity

RTX is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Systems Intern to join our team. As a Quality Systems Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality management systems, audit processes, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality evaluation and control systems
  • Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Participate in audit preparation and execution, including third-party audits
  • Prepare and maintain quality systems documentation and support related training activities
  • Engage in root cause analysis and corrective action processes
What You Will Learn:
  • Quality Management Systems (QMS) and its role in ensuring product and process quality
  • Audit preparation and execution, including participation and observation
  • Industry standards and documentation, including creating and revising quality system documentation
  • Root cause analysis and corrective action processes, utilizing tools like ETQ for effective issue resolution
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status)
