Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by performing inspections, documenting results, and making decisions regarding product acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving Inspection and/or Production Inspection of multiple products and/or commodities
  • Performing product inspection tasks per Inspection Procedures
  • Documenting inspection activities on appropriate inspection records
  • Recording Inspection results via SAP Transactions
  • Making decisions regarding product acceptance per product design documentation and company workmanship criteria
  • Documenting product or paperwork non-conformances per company procedures
  • Supporting Internal and Customer Audits
  • Prioritizing product inspection per production schedule needs
Requirements:
  • Typically, a HS diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • Must be U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status)
  • A minimum one year of inspection experience or two years production experience
  • Previous experience and knowledge in the preparation and/or review of routine First Article Inspections (FAIs)
  • Previous experience interfacing with multiple functions, providing accuracy and attention to detail in all work, and using computers and SAP software
