The Staff Services Manager II position is part of the External Affairs and Community Engagement division at Covered California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages a statewide program to strengthen community-level relationships and break down barriers to health coverage and access.
  • Develops and implements strategies to engage with diverse communities across the state.
  • Manages a team of professionals to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Collaborates with other divisions and stakeholders to advance the mission of Covered California.

Requirements:

  • Experience in community organizing and engagement, with a proven track record of success.
  • Program management experience, with a focus on statewide initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Working Conditions:
