Clinical Services Manager for Behavioral Health

Sacramento residents with mental health issues and potential co-occurring disorders face unique challenges when transitioning from incarceration back into their communities. To address this need, we are looking for a skilled Licensed Program Manager-LCSW/LMFT/LPCC to oversee our Outpatient Forensic Full Service Partnership (FSP) in Sacramento. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in helping clients thrive in their communities and reducing recidivism rates through personalized support and psychiatric services.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the FSP, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will help develop and implement evidence-based practices that prioritize client-centered care, cultural competency, and continuous quality improvement. Additionally, you will supervise and mentor junior staff members, fostering an environment of growth and development within our organization.
We require a LCSW/LMFT/PsyD + 2 years post licensure experience, two years of progressive administrative, direct service, and leadership skills and experience in the social service field. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships and negotiate on behalf of the organization. You must also be familiar with Medi-Cal billing requirements and possess a valid California driver's license and proof of personal vehicle insurance coverage.
