Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Corporate Message Services.

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers.

Your primary focus will be on handling incoming calls, greeting callers, and providing required information in a professional and courteous manner.

You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and be trained on various call center tools to help prioritize customer needs.

We are an inbound call center only, and you will not be required to perform any outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their customers.
  • Handle incoming calls, greet callers, and provide required information in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and be trained on various call center tools to help prioritize customer needs.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
  • Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar.
  • Computer skills in a Windows-based environment.
  • Great attendance.
  • The ability to type 35 words per minute or more.

Compensation

$15 / Hour.

Shifts Offered
  • Full Time - 40 hours per week.
  • 2nd shift
    • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
    • 1pm-10pm.
  • Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week).
Training

Training will last approximately one week. On your second week, you will move to your new set schedule.
