Key responsibilities encompass student registration, academic guidance, and ensuring the retention and persistence of nursing students. The Advisor collaborates with students, faculty, and support teams to enhance the educational journey and facilitate graduation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and support student academic progression.
  • Provide on-site coaching and coordinate relevant student services.
  • Oversee the student registration process for multiple semesters annually.

Key Duties:

  • Deliver proactive coaching and advising to all active students.
  • Initiate ongoing support for students facing academic challenges.
  • Communicate concerns regarding student progress to relevant parties.
  • Engage consistently with students through various communication methods.
  • Ensure timely course registration coordination.
  • Act as a liaison for students regarding academic appeals and grievances.
  • Document communications and maintain required reports.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret academic reports.
  • Strong organizational skills and resilience.
  • Experience in student coaching for retention.
  • Master's degree preferred.
