Position Overview
As an Educational Success Manager within the Autodesk Education Experiences (AEX) division, you will serve as a key ally and trusted consultant to midmarket educational institutions, ensuring that their objectives are met through effective collaboration and partnership.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather customer requirements and challenges to provide tailored recommendations that align with their organizational goals.
- Demonstrate Autodesk solutions and technologies to foster interest and drive product adoption, sharing critical insights with account team members to refine strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate activities that ensure successful technology implementation.
- Cultivate relationships with broader Autodesk teams to meet account objectives.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, webinars, and mentoring sessions with clients to guarantee successful product integration and identify additional growth opportunities.
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients, advocating for their needs within the AEX team and the wider Autodesk ecosystem.
- Work collaboratively with Product teams, Autodesk Research, CSM organization, and other internal groups.
- Prioritize tasks across multiple accounts and stakeholders, demonstrating the courage to ask clarifying questions.
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews with account teams and executive sponsors.
- Travel may be required up to 30% on average.

Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in customer success management, sales, or pre-sales activities with a proven track record of driving business impact.
- A collaborative and consultative work style with the ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with commercial clients.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and processes.
- Experience engaging with various levels of customer stakeholder groups.
- Strong understanding of the construction and SaaS industries.
- Experience within large and complex enterprise organizations.
- Ability to inspire, influence, and motivate others in relationships with Autodesk Learning Partners and peers.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a channel ecosystem.
- Previous experience utilizing consultative sales techniques.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple activities effectively.
- Proven experience in driving software user adoption.
