Job Summary

Performance Contracting is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Craft Employment Specialist. This role will involve working on various construction projects, providing expert-level services, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of skilled tasks, including carpentry, abatement, fireproofing, and other specialized construction services.
  • Work on commercial, industrial, and non-residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues to promote a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and work at heights, with a strong emphasis on physical stamina and endurance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
