Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor to enhance our team.

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in assisting the Store Manager with overseeing daily operations, talent acquisition, management, training, and sales initiatives. This position is essential in driving productivity, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and retention of top talent.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes high morale and teamwork.
  • Coach and train Sales Associates to enhance job performance.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and nurture high-performing Sales Associates.
  • Participate in the hiring process by providing feedback during interviews.
  • Assist in analyzing business performance and executing clear action plans to optimize results.
  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
  • Ensure adequate sales floor coverage to meet customer expectations.
  • Manage merchandise flow, including shipment and replenishment.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and ensure a safe environment for associates and customers.
  • Lead initiatives to achieve performance goals and enhance the customer experience.
  • Engage with customers proactively, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Contribute to a visually appealing store environment that aligns with brand standards.

Required Experience & Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Experience:
1-3 years of relevant experience in retail.
Proficient in technology usage (iPads, registers).
Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
Availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours.

Critical Skills & Attributes
Previous retail experience is preferred.
Proven ability to drive sales performance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of two years of relevant experience, including prior sales management experience.
