The Starbucks Supervisor is a key member of our food service team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Starbucks locations. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.

• Lead a team of baristas to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of food and beverage supplies
• Monitor and control labor costs, scheduling, and payroll
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Collaborate with store management to achieve business objectives

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
