Material Coordinator Specialist

Job Summary:
Prime Response Inc. is seeking a Material Coordinator to provide services at Kirtland, AFB, NM. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of activities including receiving supplies, inspecting delivered items, and managing accountable property records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Inspecting Supplies: Receive and inspect delivered items to validate the delivery matches the invoice/receipt and is in acceptable condition.
- Material Handling: Move or transport material from one department to another, using hand or industrial truck.
- Accountable Property Records: Manage accountable property records in DPAS, including central receiving point deliveries.
- Bar Code Labels: Obtain and affix bar code labels for hazardous material.
- Acquisitions and Inventories: Coordinate acquisitions, inventories, transfers, and turn-in actions with PRS personnel and other agencies.
- Warehouse Operations: Assist other employees in performing material management transactions in required systems of record, including DPAS and SBSS.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in email or verbally.
- Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and retain a secret security clearance.
- Licenses: Current state driver's licenses to operate materiel handling equipment and up to a medium duty non-Commercial Driver's License required truck.
- Experience: At least two years of experience in working in a warehouse or other industrial environment and/or at least one year of experience with driving trucks and/or other non-CDL required vehicles.
- Computer Skills: At least two years of experience in using computers as part of a military or civilian retail / store / warehouse environment.
