**Job Opportunity:**

Home2 Suites is seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Lead to join our team in downtown Philadelphia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy.

About the Position:

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, handling group inquiries and event requests, and managing the Corporate / BT market segments. You will also develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the community, including the Philadelphia Convention and Visitor's Bureau and the Hilton brand
  • Handle group inquiries and efficiently respond to and follow up on all event requests
  • P personally manage the Corporate / BT market segments, maintaining existing relationships and identifying potential new accounts
  • Properly maintain and communicate all client information, including group room blocks in all applicable systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years as a Director of Sales within the hotel industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations

Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.
