Salary Range

The estimated hourly salary for this position is $22.50-$27.50.


Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our Rentals team.

This role involves pricing, processing, auditing, documentation, and collaboration with inter-departmental teams to ensure accuracy and smooth operations.

The specialist will work closely with customers to determine their material handling equipment needs and provide recommendations.

Daily tasks include maintaining numerous files, communicating with customers, sales representatives, and customer care managers, and preparing rental agreements.

  • Coordinate and process internal and external rental requests and general inquiries.
  • Ensure proper equipment is delivered, picked up, properly serviced, and invoiced.
  • Sourcing equipment and collaborating with customers.
  • Fulfilling customer rental requests in a timely manner.
  • Providing and receiving rental documentation.
  • Maintaining control of sublet rental equipment.

Additional responsibilities include tracking rental fleet through verified documentation, GPS Samsara detail, and ARK Asset Record Keeper, as well as auditing returned rental equipment for damages.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Willingness to work off-hours and assume more responsibility as required
