Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to business customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify sales opportunities and offer customized solutions to customers, meeting sales quotas and service objectives.
  • Utilize proven sales and service techniques to maintain customer loyalty and sell products, including wireless local number portability, relocations, combined bill support, and after-hours inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues, network conditions, connectivity, devices, applications, provisioning, and billing.
  • Assist customers with products and services, including laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, initial setup, and configuration of AT&T-provided software and applications.
  • Remain proficient in all billing, rate plan, and feature matters.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months to 1 year of customer service/sales work experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Windows computers and ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance from Monday to Friday.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
