Key Responsibilities- Register guests and manage reservations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all check-in and check-out tasks.
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities, as well as respond to guest inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to meet guests' needs.
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees.
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate, to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments, ensuring accurate and efficient management of guest information.
- Work experience as a hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role preferred.
- Experience with property management software is a plus.
- Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, such as Booking and TripAdvisor.
- A strong desire to learn and develop, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Degree in hospitality-related field is an asset.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
