At Kimpton Armory Hotel Bozeman, we're looking for a Hotel Ambassador to join our team. As a Hotel Ambassador, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is nothing short of amazing.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel, including the lobby, hallways, and public areas.
  • Provide amazing service to our guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Act as an advocate for the hotel, creating ridiculously personal experiences for our guests.
  • Develop relationships with guests that will compel them to return.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or similar position.
  • Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
  • Passion for customer service and good verbal communication skills.
