Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Operations Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Nauset Disposal. As a key member of our customer service operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and manage service requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Update customer information in our database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure vehicles are serviceable and routes are optimized.
  • Perform other miscellaneous functions as needed to support the team and drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Customer service experience preferred, but not required. Training available for the right candidate.
