Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Michaels Stores. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences for customers
  • Engage customers on the benefits of our rewards program and assist with enrollments
  • Participate in the unloading and stocking of merchandise to ensure efficient store operations
  • Responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance tasks
  • Support shrink and safety programs to maintain a secure store environment
  • Assist with omnichannel processes to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
  • Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time and move throughout the store
  • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
  • Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
Work Environment

Our store is a public retail setting with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
